BINGHAMTON—The results are in! Mayor Rich David of Binghamton is undeniably racist according to local experts.

In the past, Rich David has failed several tests to prove he is not a rabid white supremacist. But his most recent test confirmed what residents of color have known for years.

The Mayor is so racist that after weeks helping to delay the begrudgingly approved Black Lives Matter street mural, he’s now requiring community members to fundraise for the supplies.
